Privacy & Terms

Quick answer

Privacy & Terms helps UK SMEs understand what Digital Adaption does, where it fits, and how the process works from first conversation to practical data management, migration, automation or reporting work.

Privacy

Digital Adaption collects the information you choose to send through email, contact forms or direct conversations. That normally means your name, business contact details and enough project context to respond properly.

The website uses privacy-friendly analytics and standard security logging to understand site performance, diagnose errors and reduce spam. I do not sell personal data.

How enquiries are used

Enquiry details are used to respond to your message, assess fit for consultancy work, prepare scoping notes and maintain normal business records. If you ask not to be contacted again, I will respect that.

Data processors

Digital Adaption may use common business tools for email, hosting, analytics, document preparation and scheduling. Those tools process limited information needed to run the website, reply to enquiries and deliver agreed consultancy work.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as they are useful for follow-up, business administration, tax records, contract history or legitimate project context. If a conversation does not turn into work, I periodically clear old notes that are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, request correction of inaccurate details, or ask for information to be deleted where there is no legal or business reason to keep it.

Terms

Website content is general guidance, not a binding proposal or professional advice for your exact situation. Consultancy work only starts when scope, commercials and responsibilities are agreed in writing.

Any downloads, guides or examples are provided to help you think through data, ERP, reporting or workflow problems. They should be adapted to your own systems, controls and risk profile before being used as project evidence.
