The flagship project of his career was a three-year, £4.5m consolidation of four legacy ERP systems onto one Infor LN cloud instance for a 220-user manufacturing group, a programme that delivered over £1m in additional revenue and £300k in annual savings.
He has worked across engineering, fabrication, industrial products and aerospace, and pairs ERP delivery experience with a strong data and reporting practice built on Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
He holds an MSc in Digital Transformation and IT Strategy from Manchester Metropolitan University and the Microsoft PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant certification. He lives on the Wirral and works with manufacturers across the North West and beyond.
