Track every change, drag it up the board to raise its priority, assign an owner, and move it from open to done. One click emails the person it's assigned to, and the end-of-day button writes the whole digest, what's been resolved, what's in flight, what's still open, ready to send.
How the email works: the buttons open a pre-written email in your own mail app, ready to send, nothing is sent automatically and nothing leaves your browser. In a production version, a workflow tool such as Power Automate would send the emails and the daily digest on a schedule.
